Terms and Conditions- Tutoring
Your appointments are very important to Social Work Exam Strategies. We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary. However, please understand that when you forget, cancel, or change your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and other social workers who are looking for tutoring services may miss the opportunity to receive services. Therefore, we respectfully request at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellation of appointments. If you do not cancel within 24 hours’ notice of an individual tutoring session, then you will forfeit your entire payment. Changes to tutoring appointments may be granted if the requests are made greater than 24 hours from the start of their scheduled appointment. You will only be permitted to reschedule an appointment once. A one-time processing and handling charge of $50 will be assessed for those who wish to reschedule their appointments.
As a courtesy, your appointments are confirmed electronically from our online appointment scheduling software. You will also receive confirmation email with a zoom link for your online tutoring session.
The questions and/or content shared during tutoring session are the intellectual property of Social Work Exams Strategies LLC and as such the distribution of this property is expressly prohibited.
